Common Questions

When will I be charged?

Monthly subscriptions are charged on the same day each month as your original donation. You'll receive an email receipt for each charge.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through the portal. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees.

How do I get my tax receipts?

You'll receive an automatic email receipt for each donation. At year-end, we'll send a summary of all your contributions for tax purposes. You can also access all receipts in your subscription portal.
